Cancellation & No-Show Policy We understand that life happens and plans can change! We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: A fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before booking another appointment. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
